We’ve taken the safety of clients and crew very seriously and have developed techniques that ensure our sets are as safe as possible. This includes providing training to our team, implementing social distancing, masks, hand sanitizer, air purifiers, temperature checks, sanitizing between customers or limiting events to make things easier for everyone involved. And just like when shooting with a film camera we've learned how to operate remotely so we may maintain a larger distance from those we shoot while still capturing images beautifully. We’re here to help you continue creating compelling marketing imagery during these uncertain times.
We offer 3 standard colors for our headshots - white, black and gray. Custom colors can be requested with a minimum of 24 hours notice.
Yes. We need a space of about 10x15 to set up our equipment (lights, stands, tripod, backdrop). Alternatively, we can just use the conference room/exercise area or lobby for indoor headshots; outdoor shoots require shade when possible.
Your purchased package will determine the amount of photos you will receive. Proofs are delivered quickly and easily, with an online proofing for review within 48 hours of your session. For a small additional fee, we can set up a headshot proofing station to allow you to view your images on the spot in real-time so that you can choose your favorites on site!
Digital refinements (including contrast, color, sharpness, saturation, brightness) are available at no cost for all headshots. Cosmetic retouching is also available with an additional investment.
The number of photographers determined by several factors: guest count, shot list and the duration of the event.
We usually start a shoot with 15 minutes of time left for client arrivals. If the event starts late or extended, we will stop shooting and wait on-site until all participants arrive.
We can often work on projects with privacy and confidentiality in mind. We're happy to sign nondisclosure agreements, limit access, or otherwise protect private content from our other clients.
The time we have per person will affect the final aspect and quality of an image. Typically, one individual is taken in a session up to 25 people per hour. However, we can schedule up to 25 subjects if they are available for our “Headshot Day” promotions.
We work with your Office Manager to set up a schedule for the day. You are responsible for scheduling time slots in advance for each headshot subject.

We deliver un-retouched digital proofs within 24 hours. Final high-resolution retouched images are delivered within 3-5 business days after receiving final approval of retouching. Faster delivery times can be arranged for a fee.
We offer a non-commercial image license for all headshots. This means you can use the images in PR, LinkedIn and social media. All rights can be customized according to customer preference and budget.
We serve the DMV, (District of Columbia, Maryland, and Virginia). For travel out of state/country, a travel fee will apply. Please inquire for details.
Booking reservations for photo shoots are available on a first-come, first-served basis and require you to sign a contract before we can reserve your date. Travel fees may apply depending on the distance we have to travel from Washington DC. Sales tax will be added if you purchase the option to receive your images digitally.
